I’m starting to get tired of some folk and their cooler than thou attitudes when it comes to music. I could be dumb excited about an artist that I have found and then with their nose all up in the air they say “oh, i’ve beeeeeeeeeeennnn on so and so. I was a fan of them like before all of these people started to like them. Yeah I had their EP when I was like 10.”

So what bitch?! Like why the fuck can’t you be happy for me and my ears? Are we running a musical race? No, you weren’t the first to hear so and so. The first to hear so and so was their mama after she pushed so and so out her vagina. So…ummm…you lose.

My idea was music was supposed to be shared happily to others. Not to be used like a “cool card”.
